much to my surprise, i made it to round two of the interview. you can read about how the first one went.

sometime before next friday at 1pm, i have to become familiar with installing and configuring apache jakarta tomcat on win32 within an hour. great. looks like i’ll NEVAR be able to escape this java stuff. wish me luck.

yeah, i took my last final exam at OCC tonight and passed all my classes. does “having an associates degree” start now, when i attend commencements in june, or when they mail it to me in july?

i’m the first in my family to get a post-secondary degree. the famn damily is pretty excited.

i don’t really feel any smarter. this must be for leverage.

i do sidework support for a small business. so does amanda. i do LAN administration. she cooks their books.

they’ve got 3 winxp PCs, 3 winxp notebooks, a rh9 linux server running samba, vpn, etc.. they’re about to add another machine to the network, but it’ll be a remote user in florida with a desktop.

on 5/13/2005, amanda and i get to head down to palm bay florida to set it up, load it, and configure it. amanda gets to train the user with the accounting software.

we could be a pretty vicious and marketable combination for small businesses.
